Usage
Steps for applying nail polish
• File the top of the nail with a fine file. To remove oil from the surface of the nails It will make the color last longer. (This step is optional.)
• Apply 1 coat of Base Coat, wait for it to dry.
• Paint the 1st round, wait for it to dry, then paint the 2nd round, wait for it to dry.
• Apply 2 coats of clear Top Coat.
